Privacy Policy for Pour Decisions

WeaverTechServices provides the Pour Decisions mobile application. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the app. Pour Decisions is designed as a local-first application, meaning your app data is stored on your device rather than in a WeaverTechServices user account or online profile.

Information stored on your device

Pour Decisions may store information you enter or create, including your ingredient inventory, taste preferences, favorites, shopping list, cocktail ratings, notes, history, and photos you choose to attach to a rating. This information is stored locally on your device.

Information we collect

WeaverTechServices does not receive or maintain your locally stored Pour Decisions profile, inventory, preferences, ratings, notes, shopping list, history, or rating photos. The app does not require you to create an account and does not include third-party advertising or analytics.

Backups, exports, and sharing

If you choose to export a backup or share a recipe, rating, note, or photo, the app sends the selected content to the destination or service you choose through your device's sharing features. The privacy practices of that destination or service apply after you share the content.

Photos and device access

The app accesses a photo only when you choose one for a drink rating, sharing action, bottle-label scan, or recipe scan. Bottle-label and recipe scans use on-device text recognition. Selected photos remain on your device unless you explicitly share or export them. Images captured for text recognition are processed locally and are not retained after recognition.

Purchases

Premium purchases are processed by Google Play on Android or Apple's App Store on iOS. WeaverTechServices does not receive your full payment-card information. Google or Apple may process purchase and account information according to their respective privacy policies. The app may receive purchase-status information needed to unlock premium features.

Data retention and deletion

Locally stored app data remains on your device until you delete or reset it, clear the app's storage, or uninstall the app. Content shared or exported outside the app must be deleted from the destination where you saved or shared it.

Children's privacy

Pour Decisions is not directed to children. The app concerns cocktail recipes and is intended for adults of legal drinking age in their location. WeaverTechServices does not knowingly collect personal information from children through the app.

Security

Your locally stored data is protected by the security features of your device. No method of electronic storage is completely secure, so you should protect access to your device and use care when exporting or sharing information.

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated as Pour Decisions changes. Any revised policy will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
